KAMILLA MANTA FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY, AARGAU & ZURICH
Juggler of languages, collector of houseplants, & medical enthusiast...
I am an Uzbekistan born, Greek-raised, Kazakh who's lived in four different countries before settling in Switzerland with my partner, daughter and doggo .
Thanks to all these moves, I speak fluently in Russian, Greek, and English, and I can get by in Polish. I also understand some basic Italian, but I am too shy to speak it. Now, I am in the process of learning German.
Living in all these different countries, being raised amongst different cultures has made me very open-minded and easy going. I can have a conversation with anyone on any subject without any judgement (wink wink to my shy introverted clients ;)).
In another life, in some parallel universe, I am a doctor. Since I was a kid, I wanted to take care of people, to be of help to them. And I did work in a hospital for a while, and I did love it, but then came my daughter and nothing was more important to me than being with her as much as possible.
Now, I take care of people by preserving what's most important to them. Their family memories. I help my families to remember their connection by showing them who they really are when the chaos of everyday life and the to-dos are off the table.
Oh yeah, also a random useless fact about me - to the detriment of my wallet I am obsessed with houseplants and I am a proud owner of over 25 of them.
